CATERING MENU
We specialize in serving buffet-style meals with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. A buffet-style reception is considered to be the most causal style of meal service and is the most cost effective. Buffets and specialty stations provide your guests with a variety of choices and encourage guest interaction and conversation. Guests appreciate the wide variety of dishes and the interactive element of exploring and sampling from the unique food tables. As you browse the menu, you'll discover timeless favorites as well as some new specialties of our own. We take great pride in making all of our food from the freshest ingredients we can buy, no prefab items, just simple recipes. We put a special touch on our food presentation. All of the hors d' oeuvres are beautifully garnished and served on copper or silver trays. Even our stainless steel warming chafers are decorated to look their best.

Veggie Confetti Spread Chopped carrots and zucchini combined with cream cheese and special spices make this both delicious and attractive to serve with pita wedges or bagel bites.
Sundried Tomato Pesto Mold Fresh garlic, basil, spinach, pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes layered with parmesan, Borsin garlic cheese and cream cheese make this a sensational spread. It can be served Melba toast, Wheat Thins, or Triskets.

Vegetable Platter Radishes, carrots, celery, cauliflower, and broccoli, served fresh and crisp with your choice of ranch or curry dip.

SPECIALTY STATIONS
Specialty food stations are unique "stations" spread around the reception area. Specialty stations are real crowd pleasers. They invite guests to mingle around the creative food tables, selecting what they like while interacting with others. We offer a carving station, potato or grits bar and dessert station providing guests some chocolate dipping fountain fun.
Carving Table Carved for each guest by one of our service attendants. Served with assorted assorted condiments, fresh rolls or croissants. Choose from: Beef Tenderloin, Pork Tenderloin, Steamship Round, Smoked Turkey or Molasses Baked Ham.
Martini Potato or Grits Bar Rich, homemade mashed potatoes or garlic cheese grits. Toppings: Cheese, Bacon and Sour Cream. Add Crabmeat, Beef Boudreaux or Cajun Shrimp.
Chocolate Fountain Our luscious chocolate fountain adds elegance and fun to your reception. Regular or liquor-flavored chocolate. All inclusive. Pound Cake, Pretzels, Strawberries, Cookies, Apple Slices.
